Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused Aprés products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, including all seals and protective wraps.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
